It was nice to see so many parents at the Too Good For Drugs Graduation. This is an important pledge your child has taken. Please keep that open line of communication with your child about making the right choice to stay "Drug Free".
Tuesday - Earth Day....Spirit Day - Have your child wear their Earth Day shirt or wear green or blue.

SPELLING: Lesson 25
LANGUAGE ARTS: CHINA brochures are due Monday.
We will be doing a vocabulary, writing, and poetry activity based on CHINA!
We will be creating "Pandas on Parade", Chinese Lanterns, and Chinese Dragons.
SOCIAL STUDIES: Chapter 9 Lesson 3 "World Turned Upside Down" and learning about how the Yankee Doodle song became popular. The students will do an enrichment activity and write parodies!
MATH: Chapter 8 Lesson 7 Fractions as Decimals - This will be a 2 day lesson.
We will be reviewing chapter 8.
Chapter 8 Test is planned for Friday.
